Family and friends survey summary

Our patients are welcome to fill out a family and friends survey at the end of their appointment. The survey helps to give us, service providers and commissioners an understanding into whether our patients are happy with the service we provide and to find out where improvements are needed. The survey is an anonymous way for patients to give their views after receiving care or treatment at our centre.

At the end of each month, we collate the results from the family and friends surveys to see how well we’re doing or to see where we can improve. We are proud of the scores we receive in these surveys and would like to share our most recent scores with you.

Despite the new national lockdown, all planned treatments and appointments will go ahead as normal unless you are told otherwise.

To keep our service as safe as possible please attend appointments on your own unless there is a genuine need for someone to accompany you, such as a carer, interpreter or other supporter.
